Care and protection emulsion

 

Cockpit & Plastic Care is a care and protection emulsion that gives a deep black finish on various interior plastic surfaces (optionally also exteriors). The product restores lost moisture to the plastic surface and effectively protects it from discoloration and crack formation. The product creates a perfect semi-gloss finish and is the ideal choice for so-called “Soft Touch” surfaces of modern vehicle interiors. It has dust repellent and anti-static effects, and protects plastic from repeated contamination, since the surface is not sticky.

Various plastic and rubber surfaces in the interior

Use:

Spray the product sparingly on a previously cleaned surface, even it out with a sponge and leave to dry.

Caution: Do not apply the product in direct sunlight and do not let it dry! Check for suitability and compatibility before use.

 

Lifetime:

Cockpit & Plastic Care provides protection for approx. 6 to 12 weeks (the product can last up to 6 months always depending on use and cleaning intervals!).

 

Application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C

Storage temperature: +10 °C to +25 °C

Consumption: 8 to 10 ml per m²

pH: 6.0 – 6.5

Caution: Protect the product from direct sunlight and freezing temperatures!

 

Note:

Emulsions and coating products need a certain period of time to bind to the surface and fully cure after application. Therefore, please check the curing time of individual products. Only this can guarantee that the product provides the desired benefits. Direct exposure of the surface to water or cleaning agents after application can significantly reduce the performance of the product properties.
